Grocer is an app that helps you find those specific items in a grocery store that you just can’t find, especially when large chain stores tend to change their layouts frequently. With Grocer, a shopper is able to input the name and location of a store and it will provide an overview layout of the aisles. A search bar allows the shopper to locate specific grocery items by the aisle number and discover whether the product is in stock. Grocer can give you specific walking directions to the item and generally where it is located on the shelf. It can also give you the most efficient in-store route of your online shopping cart. The branding for the app is bright and modern with clean lines and graphics but with a playful twist. This can be seen in the color palette and also the font pairing of Lato, a san serif with some character, and Proxima Nova, a versatile web typeface.
